I was kept waiting for an hour and a half for a routine eye examination. I finally left because it was clear that the doctor (Dr. Ross Hirsch) would not be available for even more time. I was left in a small, stuffy room, and no one came in to apologize or to explain the reason for the delay. It was my first time at the practice and will not be returning.
