The office is located on the corner of Washington Boulevard and North Street. The entrance to our covered multilevel parking garage is on the south side of North Street, just off of Washington Boulevard. Additional handicap parking is available in our other garage on Franklin Street. Patients with difficulty walking can be dropped off at the main entrance on Washington Boulevard.
