I work in healthcare, so my perspective is quite objective: I’ve seen the worst and the best. The technician and physicians in this very, very busy practice are exceptional. I do not believe I have ever sat in the waiting area long enough to tap-out an email before I’ve been called by one of the politely good-humored technicians and run through various Dx tests before meeting with my ophthalmologist; in and out in 30 minutes without ever feeling like the encounter was rushed or superficial. The only downside for this practice is the sub-par parking garage situation, which is needless to say outside of the practices’ control.
Absolutely astonished after the cataract surgery. Dr Ross-Hirsch and his team were incredible and the results were amazing. I had no idea how bad my vision was until the first eye was done. Now I have 20/20 vision and don’t even need glasses to read. I recommend having the surgery, which was painless and quick. I highly recommend Dr Ross-Hirsch. He’s engaging, thoughtful, helpful and damn good at what he does.

Dr. Pribus is wonderful! After seeing several other doctors and not finding the right Rx for my contacts, I was very frustrated. She worked with me over the course of weeks to test different brands and strengths until we finally found the one I was most comfortable with. She was so thoughtful and smart and identified so many nuances that neither of the other doctors mentioned or seemed aware of. 100% recommend!!
