Customer service is rude. Haven’t seen a doctor yet so this review is not for the doctors. I think Stamford Ophthalmology should realize that no one calls the doctor’s office for fun. They are already suffering. The last thing they need is for the person who picks up the phone to be rude. So please hire the right people to represent you. Or train them in basic courtesy.
Called Stamford Opth because of excellent reviews of the doctors. Appointments are two months out unfortunately.
