I had a very concerning experience during my visit with Dr. Esteban Vietorisz. During the exam, he held my eyelids open without wearing gloves, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. The next morning, I woke up with pink eye. While I can’t prove the cause with certainty, the lack of basic sanitary practice was alarming and unacceptable for a medical setting. I hope the clinic improves its infection-control standards so other patients don’t have the same experience.
