Dr. Schneider and Dr. Sherwood could not have been more fantastic. They are both professional, kind, warm and exceptionally good at what they do. Office staff is amazing as well!! They are on time, so friendly and went above and beyond for me as well. Highly recommend!!
The Drs and staff in the back (assistants) are top notch Love Dr Wolf but…….2 girls up front for checking in are not friendly AT ALL I thought one day maybe been busy but unfortunately its all the time I caught them laughing as I walked away from asking important questions. Time to hire new front desk. I noticed im not the only one who experienced this treatment…
I work in healthcare, so my perspective is quite objective: I’ve seen the worst and the best. The technician and physicians in this very, very busy practice are exceptional. I do not believe I have ever sat in the waiting area long enough to tap-out an email before I’ve been called by one of the politely good-humored technicians and run through various Dx tests before meeting with my ophthalmologist; in and out in 30 minutes without ever feeling like the encounter was rushed or superficial. The only downside for this practice is the sub-par parking garage situation, which is needless to say outside of the practices’ control.
Absolutely astonished after the cataract surgery. Dr Ross-Hirsch and his team were incredible and the results were amazing. I had no idea how bad my vision was until the first eye was done. Now I have 20/20 vision and don’t even need glasses to read. I recommend having the surgery, which was painless and quick. I highly recommend Dr Ross-Hirsch. He’s engaging, thoughtful, helpful and damn good at what he does.
